WiFi high speed Internet with Eero.  2 Large Screen TV's with Free 24/7 Netflix & Cable with On-Demand.  
(Pay-per-view and any expenses incurred will be subtracted from your security/damage deposit.)

 

2 1/2 BATHROOMS:

Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, and blow dryers are provided.  Beach blankets are in the laundry room cabinet for your use.  A basket of often-forgotten miscellaneous items is provided in each of the full bathrooms.  : )   Please bring your own beach towels.

FOR CHILDREN:

Children welcome!  A crib, a pack-n-play, 2 booster/high chairs, and a changing table are provided. Plenty of toys throughout the house!  A children's play area is in the loft.  Hundreds of children's cartoons, television shows, and movies are available 24/7 on Netflix.  A sandbox with fresh, clean sand and toys is on the boardwalk.  The lakefront features a shallow sandy play area with beach toys provided!  Older kids can jump off the dock and use the paddleboards and kayaks with their parent's permission and supervision.

KITCHEN:

Enjoy the breath-taking views of Hamlin Lake as you prepare your meals. :)

Both Living Rooms face Hamlin Lake: 5 Sofas, a Glider Rocker, 2 Fireplaces, 2 Large Screen TV's w/ 24/7 Netflix & Cable.

2 FIREPLACES:

2 wood-burning fireplaces!  One in each family room/entertainment area.

ENTERTAINMENT & GAME ROOM:

Open to second Family Room.  Large Entertainment / Game Room has a Fireplace, Pool Table, Board Games, Toys, Books, Wet Bar, Large Refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, 2 Dining/Game/Work-from-home Tables, Large Screen TV, 24/7 Netflix & Cable, Sofas, Glider Rocker.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

High Efficiency Washer &  Dryer, Beach Blankets, Iron & Ironing Board. Detergent included.

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING:

Air Conditioning on the main level and part of the loft.  In-floor Radiant Heat to keep you toasty warm during the cold months.

BEDROOMS:

Bed Linens and extra blankets are provided.

PARKING:

Private off-street parking (2 driveways) for 6 cars or small boat/snowmobile trailers.

​

OUTSIDE:

No cliff or stairs from the house to the dock!

20,000 sf yard with 150' of Private Lakefront, 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, Peddleboat, Canoe, Weber Gas Grill, Weber Charcoal Grill, Grilling Utensils, Deck and Patio with Outdoor Patio Tables,  Chairs and Umbrellas, Bonfire Pit to roast hot dogs, smores, or relax with a drink & friends while enjoying the lake, Firewood, Bench and Patio on the Dock and on the Boardwalk, Steps with handrail into the Lake, Private Dock (Please notify us ahead of time if you will have a boat.)  Please bring your own beach towels, life vests, and fishing poles.

BOATING:

Boat and water sports rentals are nearby on Hamlin Lake.  2 Paddle Boards, 2 Kayaks, a Peddleboat, and a Canoe are provided.  Kayaks, canoes, and peddleboats are also available for rent at the State Park.

Private Dock and slip avail for your boat (8’ & 10’ wide slips & dock at seawall), and a wave-runner lift.  Boat launch 1/2 block away.

(Please notify us ahead of time if you will have a boat.)

FISHING:

Fishing in Hamlin Lake is incredible!  Fish from your boat or right off the dock!  Lake Michigan Charters are available.  Pere Marquette River has unbelievable seasonal fishing!  Fishing licenses are required in Michigan and are available at WalMart.

​

BICYCLES:

Bicycles are not provided; however, the State Park has bike rentals and miles of beautiful bike paths.

​

GOLF:

Excellent Golf Courses nearby!

​

TENNIS:

Public tennis courts are available in Ludington.

​

SKIING & SNOWMOBILING:

Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling right from the house!  Hundreds of miles of public trails.  Equipment rentals nearby.  Ski Slopes are available nearby.

HANDICAPPED ACCESS:

House is somewhat Handicapped Accessible (Kitchen, Dining Area, Family Room, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are on the main level.  Two stairs to enter house.  No ramp available.)  Please ask for additional information.
