Cancellation policy:
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

No parties or events. Guests must be registered. No other people allowed are allowed on the property at any time. All cars must be on the driveways, not sticking into the street or on the street.
​
Must be 25 years of age or older to book, must be present at check-in and remain throughout the stay. Parents may not book for their children.
​
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
​
Pets are not allowed. Sorry! : (
